Why Settle for a Simple Transfer?

Turn your journey from Anchorage to Seward into an iconic Alaskan adventure! Our Anchorage to Seward: Kayak Adventure & Scenic Road Trip takes you through the Kenai Peninsula’s most spectacular landscapes along the Seward Highway, a designated National Scenic Byway and All-American Road, all the way to Seward.

Encounter Alaska’s Wildlife Up Close

From Anchorage, while we’re driving along the Turnagain Arm, keep your eyes open for bald eagles, moose, and maybe even beluga whales as we hug the coastline of this remarkable waterway as we make our way to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (AWCC), located just outside Girdwood. This sanctuary provides care and conservation for Alaska’s injured and orphaned wildlife. Here, you’ll meet iconic species such as muskox, bears, and wolves as you explore the 1.5-mile loop. AWCC’s dedication to preserving Alaska’s wildlife makes it a must-see highlight of the trip.

Breathtaking Views Through Turnagain Pass

Next, we’ll ascend through Turnagain Pass, part of the Kenai Mountains Turnagain Arm National Heritage Area. This stretch of road features towering mountains, glaciers, and alpine meadows, offering stunning vistas at every turn.

Kayak Adventure in Moose Pass

Next, we’ll travel to Moose Pass, a charming town nestled in the heart of the Chugach Mountains. Here, you’ll enjoy an included kayak tour on the stunning glacial waters of Trail Lake, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.

A Scenic Finish in Seward

The journey concludes as we drive into Seward, capping of a day filled with adventure, stunning views, and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

More Than a Transfer — A True Alaskan Experience

This road trip isn’t just transportation; it’s a once-in-a-lifetime journey through the heart of Alaska. Whether you’re a cruise passenger or an adventure seeker, you’ll enjoy kayaking, wildlife encounters, and the breathtaking beauty of Alaska along the way
